 Our team comprises experienced professionals deeply committed to the advancement of behavioral health. Our CEO, a graduate of Barry University with both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work, supplemented by an Associate's degree in Health Services Administration from Keiser University, brings over 14 years of extensive experience in the mental and behavioral health field, with a strong background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified by the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work. Nadege possesses a deep understanding of healthcare settings, including clinics, residential facilities, and schools. Fluent in English, Creole, and Spanish, with proficiency in French, her multilingual capabilities facilitate effective communication with diverse populations. 
As CEO and founder of Words Of Wisdom Behavioral Health Services, LLC, she oversees all operations, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and culture while providing strategic leadership for organizational growth. Additionally, Nadege's role as a Lead Analyst involves managing and supervising individualized patient care, implementing behavior management strategies, and conducting functional assessments, showcasing their hands-on expertise in ABA program management and patient care delivery. She is deeply valued for her extensive expertise, exceptional leadership, and unwavering commitment to providing high-quality services to diverse communities.

Our Clinical Director brings over 13 years of invaluable experience in administrative and educational roles, coupled with a solid 7+ years dedicated to the field of Behavior Analysis. As an Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Tracy possesses a deep understanding of behavioral principles and their practical applications.
Throughout her career, Tracy has honed her skills in data collection, graphing, program implementation, and the development of behavior plans, accumulating 6 years of hands-on experience in these critical areas. Her meticulous attention to detail and analytical prowess has shown an effective delivery of behavioral strategies tailored to each individual's needs.
Tracy's academic journey underscores her commitment to excellence. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling, with a dual concentration in Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis and Mental Health Counseling. This comprehensive educational background equips her with a robust foundation to address complex behavioral challenges and provide holistic support to individuals in need.
With Tracy's extensive background, her nuanced understanding of clinical operations, and her unwavering commitment to excellence, she plays a pivotal role at WOW as the Clinical Director.
